In 2006, Bill Burns, broker-owner of RE/MAX FIRST had a vision to build a real estate company that would provide unparalleled customer service to his clients. To do so, he would only employ the best agents, with the best attitude and a personal passion to provide the very best in customer service. So, in August of 2000, Burns opened the doors of an independent real estate company serving Southern Indiana.

After three years, Burns needed to provide better tools and services to his agents so they could compete in this highly competitive environment. After months of research Burns’ began his search for a company that shared his vision and values. During his search, he learned that Dave Liniger, founder of RE/MAX International shared his same ideas and passion for a real estate agency that delivered superior customer satisfaction.

In March of 2006, Burns opened the doors as a RE/MAX franchise, RE/MAX FIRST where service is the FIRST priority. Almost instantly, RE/MAX FIRST began to achieve the goals and aspiration Burns’ had for his agents and most importantly for the customers.

Angie’s position is much more than accounting. Angie truly cares about the success of the agent and servicing the agent. Angie plays a vital role in what we do for Children’s Miracle Network. Behind the scenes, she is responsible for the accounting and often times assisting Bill Burns with last minute prep for CMN Hospital events. Angie’s main responsibility is handling the agent billing, reports and commission payments. She works quickly and efficiently to ensure that you receive your money and documentation as you earn it.

Prior to coming to RE/MAX FIRST Kim worked in the property management industry. Kim brings many years of expertise to RE/MAX FIRST.

Brad is experienced in many design and communication platforms having spent time
over the past few years working with many local & national companies. His list of client projects include work for GE Aviation, Bluegrass Cellular, Carrier HVAC, & Maker’s Mark Bourbon. Brad’s experience brings a unique element to our team that most teams simply do not have in the real estate industry. Not only is he experienced in the design field but he truly cares about helping people perform at their fullest which is why he also obtained a minor in organizational leadership while majoring in computer graphics technology during college. Brad is here to offer unique graphic and marketing services to each agent to improve name recognition with the general public in any way possible.
